At Ocean Forest Construction, we understand that you are putting a great deal of faith in us to deliver your vision. With that in mind, we practice clear and concise communication in order to keep you informed of your project’s progress. That starts with a detailed estimate, contract, and completion schedule so you know what to expect once the work starts. During the project, we provide progress updates, photos and videos, and in-person walk-throughs to make sure everything is being completed to both your satisfaction and our standards.

For most projects, we require a 30% deposit upfront, with the remaining balance due at

completion. For larger projects, we use a draw schedule that starts with the deposit and includes payments at key project milestones, which we’ll outline in your contract. We accept credit & debit cards, checks, and cash.

That’s ok! We will start by coming out and looking at the project. We’ll discuss what you would like accomplished and your vision for the project. For most projects, we can use our experience to point you in the right direction. For larger-scale or specific projects, we can also offer the services of an in-house designer. This service will cost $1500, but includes an on-site visit with measurements from the designer and renderings of options to consider that are yours to keep.
